Price Match Promise

We at Designer Home Interiors believe that our products are extremely good value for money, and we regularly compare prices with our competitors, both online and in shops.  If however you find an identical product cheaper elsewhere, then Designer Home Interiors promise to beat the price, providing that the following criteria are met:

1 – The items compared must be completely identical (same brand or manufacturer, like for like)

2 – The total price must include delivery and VAT.

3 – The item must be brand new and in the original manufacturer’s packaging; prices will not be matched against ex display, reconditioned, returned, graded, secondhand, auction, liquidation, or end of line stock.

4 – It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the necessary information to enable us to verify a competitor’s price e.g. a website address, written quotation.

5 – Please make your claim BEFORE placing an order with ourselves; claims for refunds against goods already purchased (whether yet delivered or not) will not be entertained.

6- We reserve the right in rare instances NOT to supply goods at a price which in our opinion would be to the detriment of Designer Home Interiors.
